Strato-Jets' Last Luau

Thirty-six Happy Time Squares members attended Strato-Jets' 37th Luau on Friday evening, April 16. The 'Jets had announced this was to be their last luau as the club plans to disband after their dance in August 2010.
Most dancers wore Hawaiian finery and Croco Hall was decked out in very nice Hawaiian theme.
No one should have started dancing hungry, for Strato-Jets presented their traditional large spread, including many scrumptious desserts.
Following the feast we were entertained by our own Happy Times Stompers: Mary K Bahnmaier, Jeanne Bronoski, Laura Morrow, Lydia Morrow, Toni Nelson, Rosalee Rainbolt, Diana Wagner, and Robin Wood.
Tips were by local callers Larry Crady, Larry Stock, Virginia Yerta, and Diana Wagner; and Rounds by Vernon Nelson, Lalla Steenbock, and Pam Young.
It was a fun evening but sad to think this may have been the "last luau."
