(This is on wild wild western side of Lawrence. You will see the Church and driveway on south side of Highway 40, about one block West of Highway 40 & K-10 Bypass intersection. Lots of parking, best caller in midwest, great dance floor and outstanding acoustics.)

A reminder that at our Share Our Blessings Dance, November 14, is our yearly collection for the Lawrence food pantries. Ace volunteers at the new Just Food warehouse two or three days a week, so he got their wish list for our drive. 1. Jelly They recently got a huge shipment of peanut butter from Harvesters, but have no jelly to pair with it. The squeezable kind works great for kids, but any kind would be great. 2. (u>Crackers Just regular soda crackers to go with all the soup donations they receive. 3. Toilet Tissue Not food, but an expensive necessity that food stamps can't be used for. So, if you go to the grocery store before our next dance, think about picking up one or two of these items for the less fortunate. Of course, you can always make a monetary donation. If you need to write a check for income tax purposes, make the check to Eckan/Just Food. Thanks to everyone in advance. We're hoping to fill up Ace & Lareeda's van like last year.
