Fellow Members of Happy Time Squares -

The Year Ahead

These are exciting times as our Club enters into its fifth year!

We consider it an honor and a privilege to be your presidents during the coming year.   This is a great club; and it is you, the members, that make it go!   Dave and Barbara have provided outstanding leadership during 2009, and we thank them for all that they have done.   They will be a hard act to follow; but with your help, we will do our very best.

Anniversary Dance

Happy Anniversary to Happy Time Squares!   We will celebrate our fourth anniversary on January 9 at our regularly scheduled dance.   If you have travel colors, wear them, as we will take a group picture immediately following the dance.   Please plan to stay and be a part of recorded history of our Club.   If you do not have travel colors, come anyway!   We want you in the picture.

Dues Are Due

If you have not yet paid your dues, you may pay them at our January dance or mail them to our Treasurers, Don & Ivy Harris.   Their address is 24649 163rd Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048.   If needed, you may pay your dues in installments.

• 11 January - NO SQUARE DANCE LESSONS
• 14 January - Round Dance 2-Step Lessons with Vernon & Toni
• 15 February - New Dancer Graduation
• 4-5 June - Kansas State Convention, Salina
• 23-26 June - National Convention, Louisville
• 25 July - HTS Club Picnic (tentative date)
• 28 August - Boot Bows & Barbeque (note new date for this year)
• 13 September - 2010 Lessons Begin
