    Here We Come A-Traveling!

Happy Time Squares traveled to two holiday dances this week.   We had good (if cold) weather for driving and a great deal of fun!

Travel Dance to Kuntry Kuzzins

Wednesday night, sixteen members of Happy Time Squares traveled to Topeka to steal the Kuntry Kuzzins banner.   Dana Schirmer donned his Santa hat and called lots of good holiday songs.   We got an added treat when our own Sam Hunsaker called a singing call.   Our own Vernon Nelson cued several good round dances - we especially enjoyed "Jingle Bell Rock."   The Kuntry Kuzzins distributed a number of Christmas gifts and had really good food for us.   We all had a good time.

Vic's 25th Anniversary Christmas Dance - Council Grove

Eighteen members of Happy Time Squares traveled to Council Grove on Monday night to help the Council Grove Squares celebrate Vic's 25th Annual Christmas Dance for that club.   We had a sociable supper together and really enjoyed the dance!   What fun to celebrate with Vic and Donna!
